Paige Groen

Paige Groen has been involved in real estate with an emphasis in property management for over two decades. Paige has provided property management services for a wide range of institutional and entrepreneurial clients. As one of the founding members of Groen Realty Partners, Paige understands that outstanding real estate management is the cornerstone of every successful commercial property investment. The end result is a proactive approach focusing our resources in an effort to achieve the owner's goals and objectives.

Prior to the creation of Groen Realty Partners, Paige directed the management portfolio of our predecessor company, Stryker/Groen Commercial Realty, Inc. With both owned assets as well as a portfolio of third party management assets, Paige recognizes the importance of providing professional, comprehensive commercial property management services designed to add value to the investments of our clients. Paige is responsible for providing financial services, rent collection, tenant

screening, lease compliance, positive tenant relations, property maintenance, payment of invoices, distribution of cash flow, budgeting and financial analysis, and negotiation of service contracts for Groen Realty Partners’ managed properties.

Prior to joining Stryker/Groen, Paige was a district manager for Capstone Real Estates Services, Inc., one of Houston’s largest and most respected apartment and commercial property management companies. Capstone’s portfolio ranks as the 14th overall largest management firm and among the top 5 largest third-party management firms in the nation. The experience that Paige gained while working with Capstone has been a paramount foundation for our third-party property management portfolio.
