Assistant Property Manager
Alisha is the assistant property manager, and newest member of our team. Alisha’s career started as a leasing agent for Lincoln Military Properties, an affiliate of Lincoln Property Company. Her efficiency and attention to customer needs helped her to rise quickly to assistant service manager. Her accomplishments had her nominated for the company’s highest award of “The Gold Medallion”.
Alisha has become an instrumental cog in the wheel at Groen Realty Partners. Her organization and attention to detail have made her a valuable asset. Alisha offers expertise in addressing issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and vendor management. She also assists in marketing and advertising projects that help maximize Groen Realty Partners’ exposure. Alisha’s commitment to the well being of client’s properties ensures that the properties in our portfolio are very well taken care of.
